Celli Tech specializes in the R&D and manufacturing of high-end vacuum coating equipment, operating from a modern 30,000-square-meter production base. We are dedicated to the technical development, manufacturing, and sales of comprehensive vacuum coating systems and their critical components.
With nearly 30 years of industry leadership and full independent intellectual property rights, Celli Tech has pioneered the application and large-scale deployment of vacuum coating technology across numerous emerging sectors. Technical Innovation
Celli Tech’s core offerings include complete vacuum coating machines and essential sub-systems. We maintain full control over the design and manufacturing of all core systems, including vacuum chambers, pumping units, target systems, power supplies, automated controls, and auxiliary systems (water, gas, heating, measurement, and transmission).
Since our inception, we have successfully developed a proprietary suite of power supply systems—including high-frequency high-power inverter bias, DC/pulse bias, mid-frequency sputtering, and various ion source power supplies—ensuring the stability and performance of our equipment. Our self-developed automated control system features "one-click" operation and comprehensive historical data logging, specifically designed to meet the rigorous demands of large-scale industrial production.
